Valia (officially Evangelia) Mantzari is employed since 2007 in National Bank of Greece, initially as a Financial Consultant for SMEs and later on as a Relationship Manager for Key Account Corporate Customers, mainly Large Private Companies. She is involved with the offering of specialized collaboration frameworks and personalized request handling, while participating actively to projects for the development of improved services for the Division’s customers – in collaboration with other NBG Units and NBG’s branch network.
Since 2006 and for more than a decade, she was a research member of the Interactive Media Lab of ELTRUN e-Business Center in Athens University of Economics & Business, participating to a series of research projects about digital marketing, Interactive Digital Media, e-business and e-government. In line with her research activity, she co-authored academic books and articles, managed two e-Business Forum working groups about e-CRM and Interactive Digital TV, while presenting to national, European and International Conferences, workshops and seminars.
Because of her active interest in subjects relating to innovation, creative media and, in general, the effect of modern technologies to entrepreneurship and society, in 2014 became a co-founding member of a startup called “NEOPERATIVA”, i.e. a modern Creative Media Agency mainly targeting SMEs which gained distinctions in startup contests in and outside Greece. Nowadays, Valia takes advantage of her experience, acting as a mentor in programs like “Be Finnonative” and “BeYourOwnBoss”.
She holds a degree in Economic Sciences from Piraeus University, an International Master in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business, and speaks –non-stop– three foreign languages.
