Has deep technical knowledge, high level of legal expertise as well as serious experience in business development, strategy, policy making and international affairs. Counts more than 15 years of experience in the fields of Policy making, Management and Consulting in ICT/Telecommunications sector, Innovation and Regional Development projects (Public and Private Sector) as well as in the design and deployment of funding schemes available through national and international funding organizations such as EC RDF (NSRF EPANEK, DIGITAL CONVERGENCE), CEF, EIB/EIF/JEREMIE, EFSI, HORIZON 2020.

Deep knowledge of the Greek public sector and EU Structures, Procedures and Regulations, with serious engagement in EU financing instruments for private investments, state-aid programmes as well as and funding mechanisms for public sector projects including PPP and project financing (with a focus in Greece and Europe).

Coordinating act for fostering Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Youth, and assisting in best exploitation of EU and private financial instruments such as EFSI, EIB, EIF, EBRD, HORIZON2020, ESIF2014-2020, etc.

Contributing to the national policy and legal framework of ICT and Telecommunications Sector in Greece. Involved in the development of the ICT Sector, and also involved in the National Strategy for Digital Growth and National Broadband Plan.
